O presidente do CREF3/SC Irineu Wolney Furtado prestigiou no dia 7 de novembro a comemoração dos 75 anos de atividades do Instituto de Psiquiatria (IPQ), referência estadual no diagnóstico e tratamento em doenças mentais em Santa Catarina. Na programação, que se estende até o dia 11 de novembro, palestras que debatem a saúde mental.
